The Encore Theater at the Wynn Las Vegas is no stranger to rock and roll. But John Fogerty's stint at this classy venue brings a new level of volume and intensity not seen before. John's band is loud and fun, as forewarned by the bands keyboardist just before the show begins.
It's great to see John Fogerty still at the top of his game at nearly 72 years of age. He's all over the stage, wailing on his trusty Les Paul and legendary red Rickenbacker that he once gave away! This is a great show for fans and anyone who loves classic rock. John brings it from the first note to the last. From the Las Vegas Sun, John Fogerty rocks Encore Theater like never before!
Fogerty included nearly his entire library of songs from Creedence Clearwater Revival as well as some of his solo hits as well. The audience was treated to Have You Ever Seen the Rain, Fortunate Son, Bad Moon Rising, Proud Mary, Down on the Corner, Lookin' out My Back Door, Green River, Born on the Bayou, Suzie Q, Who'll Stop the Rain, Run Through the Jungle, Up Around the Bend, Cotton Fields, I Heard it Through the Grapevine, Long As I Can See The Light, Hey Tonight, Someday Never Comes, I Put a Spell on You, Sweet Hitch-Hiker, The Midnight Special, Lodi, Ramble Tamble, and Good Golly Miss Molly as well as The Old Man Down The Road and Centerfield.
