According to the history noted on their website, Squeeze In began in 1974. From a tiny little kitchen, Squeeze In started selling omelettes to locals and tourists in historic downtown Truckee California. Now many years later, Squeeze In has become not only a fixture in Truckee, but is becoming so all over the silver state.
Squeeze In offers both a unique food and a cozy colorful California like environment. We appreciated not only the different spin on some familiar favorites, but also the welcoming and friendly staff. They don't seem to mind the chaos of a busy bustling place, and you won't either.
For breakfast, we loved the Racy Tracy, which is a play on a traditional California omelette and The Spanish Flay, a tribute to Squeeze In's being featured on Bobby Flay's Throwdown. For you veggie fans, Heidi's Veggie Benny is an excellent choice. The lunch menu is just as killer, offering everything from salads and burgers and extensive selections for both low-cal and vegetarian diners. Squeeze In has something to make everybody happy.
Squeeze In has locations up and down Nevada and California. Be sure to check their website for one near you!
